The Islamic month of Ramadan, will be starting on Aug. 11, the Ramadan will observing Muslims NFL player Abdullah will fast for 30 day, eating or drinking nothing is not allowed to the day time.This time of the year player and coach are building their stamina and endurance which produce maximum sweat production.Abdullah's worked with the team's nutritionist to produce a way to keep him fit and healthy during Ramadan. Hussain Abdullah is playing for Minnesota Vikings in NFL.
